Permanent Makeup

What is it?

Permanent makeup, also called micropigmentation, is a technique that uses a tattoo pen to create permanent make up designs. It is a great option if you don’t want to apply eyeliner or lipstick every day. It is also used to camouflage scars, beauty marks, restore eyebrows, or remove a tattoo. Another great use is for areola re-pigmentation after a mastectomy or breast reconstruction.

What are the benefits?

The shape of the eyebrows, eyes or lips is enhanced. You won’t have to apply eyeliner or lipstick every day. Results typically last one to three years, which allows you to change your look as your face and trends change over time.

How is it performed?

Hypoallergenic mineral pigments are deposited into the dermal layer of the skin with an ultra-thin needle. The process is similar to tattooing.

Are you a candidate?

Permanent make-up is great for both males and females who wish to improve the appearance of their hairline, eyebrows, lips, and more. It is also a great option for those with allergies to traditional make-up. People with physical limitations, such as severe arthritis, can also benefit from permanent make-up.
